The best homemade recipes, high-quality wheat and the best selected raw materials demand technology that is at the same level. Among some of our lines of production, we can mention the Bellshaw equipment with a capacity of automated production of 1,600 frozen donuts per hour; the Mecatherm equipment (the most modern of South America), with a capacity of automated production of 4,500 precooked and ultrafrozen baguettes per hour, etc. Although all the processes are computerized, these equipments of last generation work with European homemade recipes, which if necessary, are corrected automatically to obtain the perfect final product. Also thanks to our high technology, we have managed to raise and improve the traditional flavors of our recipes.
Another aspect that identifies our products besides the homely flavor, is the strict quality controls and hygiene in the recieval of the raw materials. For this purpose we have a Chopin, equipment that guarantees the quality of each flour entry that arrives to our factory, therefore our technicians and nutritiounists are able to select the best raw materials for our bakery products. This high technology allows us to have a differential value at the time of entering different markets and to compete with the most famous European brands.
