Salmon Delight.
 
Ingredients:
200 grams Smoked Salmon.
1 Onion (if they are green, better).
1 small can of pickles or gherkins.
4 Pagnifique Red Pepper Mignons.
Mayonnaise (necessary amount).
 
Preparation: Chop t he ingredients and mix with the mayonnaise assuring the right consistency then we place this mixture over the slices of Pagnifique Red Pepper Mignons.
Serves 4
