| Preparation: Place
a mussel on a shiskebob
stick then a piece
of bacon until completing
the stick. Sear it
in a frying pan with
little butter until
it acquires some color
and add the red wine
until the wine reduces
to half its amount.
Season with salt and
pepper to your taste
and serve it in a plate
with the wine reduction,
